Our Publications
The Department for Transport has a Publication scheme that specifies the categories of information that the Department and its agencies, including the Highways Agency, publish at the moment and will publish in the future. It also explains how to obtain that information and whether there will be a charge.
The scheme was developed under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and was agreed to by the Information Commissioner.
