Road Users' Satisfaction Survey 2006-07

The National Road Users' Satisfaction Survey (NRUSS) measures awareness of, and satisfaction with, the Agency's services in England. Its primary purpose is to:

  • monitor trends in customer satisfaction in order to drive improvements;
  • develop an ever-greater understanding of customers and their needs

This is the ninth annual report in the series and contains an analysis of the 2540 interviews carried out between April 2006 and the end of March 2007. It contains the main findings of the survey, comparisons between regions, and where possible, comparisons with previous years' results.
