DESCRIPTION:ProMIS is used to log all acquisitions of land and property that are either surplus to highway requirements or that require management for a period of time before road building commences.  Operational land is not recorded.  Information held includes the full address, associated road scheme, contacts (Valuer, Managing Agent, Local Authority), tenancy details (type, start, expiry and termination dates, reasons if vacant), acquistion details (date and reason acquired, purchase price, powers acquired under, current value and condition), disposals details (whether surplus or to be sold/demolished etc.), as well as general information about the property and whether it is listed or in a conservation area.  Repairs and maintenance information are also recorded for direct managed properties only.
