Please note that these are Model Documents and are provided to suppliers as a guide only. Specific contract documentation may differ from these models and will be issued by the Procurement Officer at the tender stage.
This link will provide access to the Highways Agency's new Routine and Winter Service Code (RWSC) and Network Management Manual (NMM). These two new documents are produced primarily for our Service Providers to replace the dated Trunk Road Maintenance Manual.
The RWSC is a performance specification defining the level of service to be achieved by Service Providers. Guidance, advice and some mandatory instruction on ways to deliver those requirements are included in the NMM. With all Area Management Memos and Network Security Notes included together with cross references to Interim Advice Notes, the NMM brings together existing policy.
