Revised Guidance for Air Quality Assessments DMRB 11.3.1

The latest DMRB Air Quality Spreadsheet (2.2MB Zip File) Version 1.03c (July 2007) containing carbon emission rates based on new webTAG guidance is available to download as a zip file here.

The previous DMRB Air Quality Spreadsheet (2.3Mb Zip File) Version 1.02 (November 2003) containing the carbon dioxide emission rates can still be downloaded here.

This guidance will be used for air quality assessments of road schemes, multi-modal studies and by local authorities carrying out their second phase review and assessments. Queries relating to this guidance should be addressed to the Project Sponsor for highway schemes or to Defra's helpdesk (lasupport@aeat.co.uk) for local authority review and assessment.

Telecom Mast Registration Procedure

The Telecom Mast Registration Procedure (PDF 3.78 MB) is available to download here. The guidance outlines the procedure for gaining technical approval to erect a telecom mast on Highways Agency land, within the highway boundary or where they may fall onto Highways Agency land.
