The Project Control Framework
On 1st April 2008 we launched the Project Control Framework. The Framework sets out how we, together with the Department for Transport, manage and deliver major improvement projects.

Diversity
As a public sector body and an Agency of DfT we have general and specific duties under the equalities legislation on race, disability and gender covering employment and service delivery. We have to develop action plans on race, disability and gender as part of the Department's equality schemes and involve staff and customers in developing the action plans. Diversity is currently incorporated within the supplier base and we need to continue with the current level of momentum to progress.
The Highways Agency held a Supplier Diversity Day on the 27th April 2009.
