Whistle Blowing
The Highways Agency (HA) is committed to high standards of honesty and accountability in line with the Civil Service Code. As such it requires all its staff and contractors to act with honesty and to safeguard public resources.
If you are concerned about any action or decision taken by the HA, or by an individual or company employed by the HA, you can use the whistle blowing arrangements to report your concern.
Report your concern to the Highways Agency 24 hour whistle blowing and anti-fraud confidential hotline: 0121 678 8334 or e-mail: HA_Whistle_Blowing@highways.gsi.gov.uk and provide as much information as possible so that prompt and appropriate action can be taken. Alternatively you may write to A&A (Audit & Assurance), Highways Agency, 11th Floor, The Cube, 199 Wharfside Street, Birmingham B1 1RN and mark the envelope "Confidential".
If you report a concern it will be treated with total confidentiality and in a sensitive manner. It is important that you provide contact details in case additional information is needed to follow up your complaint.
