Welcome to the CCTV Community
This Community provides a cross-directorate repository of Highways Agency information on CCTV and the National Technology projects managed by the CCTV Services Team. These include Emergency Roadside Telephones and ANPR/WIMS schemes.
CCTV is used for traffic and incident management purposes in the Highways Agency, and there are currently two key groups who have responsibility for CCTV:
The CCTV Community also have their own CCTV Task Force which comprises of external consultants concentrating on various technical assignments.
This site includes CCTV guidance for various groups of users, and information on how to access HA Camera images.
It also includes a CCTV Overview, FAQs, a glossary, information about 2nd Generation CCTV and CCTV Projects.
