Traffic Technology Systems
The Traffic Technology team will be building relationships with suppliers and developing new processes that will contribute towards the following overlying principles of the Highways Agency's Procurement Strategy:
- An integrated and incentivised supply chain.
- Maintaining a competitive and sustainable supply chain.
- Selection of suppliers on the basis of best value, i.e., the optimal combination of quality and price.
- Partnership approach based upon close working relationships.
- Performance measurement and continual improvement targets.
