This is where the Highways Agency plays such a crucial role at the heart of the nation’s transport infrastructure. It’s a massive responsibility involving enormous challenges, large numbers, huge projects and big ideas.
So it calls for leaders who measure up to the task. Our Graduate Scheme is designed to develop and deliver those leaders into the core areas of our business.
