Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking future leaders - talented individuals who can build and influence effective relationships with a variety of people and create enthusiasm and commitment to a shared way forward.
You need to be a high achiever with the vision and passion to drive change in modernising the country’s road network. You will be good at delivering results, prioritising a challenging workload and have a knack for problem solving.
You will also be academically bright, with a minimum 2:2 degree. For both the Generalist and Accounting scheme this can be in any discipline, but engineers must have a BEng or MEng accredited by the relevant institution.
Please note that there is no age limit for applications to our graduate scheme.
