Role Description
Senior Quantity Surveyors
Bedford, Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds or Manchester
Directing your region, you’ll review contractor information and offer cost intelligence advice to senior and local managers on a variety of contracts covering day-to-day maintenance, network improvement and technology schemes. These are worth up to £50 million a year, and include anything from variable message signs to bridge improvements So, you’ll be developing innovative ideas, encouraging best-practice whilst providing tools, systems and guidance on a range of maintenance activities and contract renewals.
With significant quantity surveying experience, you’ll know exactly what it takes to record, monitor, audit and report actual costs of works. We’d prefer you to have, or be studying towards, Chartered status. More important is that you can apply your existing knowledge in a civil engineering environment.
