You will make sure that we have the talent and skills necessary to put customers first, reduce congestion and improve the reliability of journeys. Your challenge will be to balance the business’s need for project innovation with our Service Development Division’s capacity and skills. Your client-group’s competencies are broad, well-developed and in strong demand. This means you’ll manage and schedule a resource that delivers development expertise across multiple projects and portfolios organisation-wide. You’ll also identify, build and source core project skills that support the Highways Agency’s development now – and well into the future. Information project management experience using frameworks such as MSP or PRINCE2 is essential.
