Graduate Leadership Development Scheme
The Selection Process
The Highways Agency usually runs a Graduate Leadership Development Schemes each year. The 2005/2006 scheme involved two schemes: one for civil or electrical engineering graduates and one for graduates of any degree subject. Use the right hand menu links to find out more.
