Guide to Truckstops in England
Find somewhere good to stop
Truckstops are vital rest areas for lorry drivers and help ensure safety for all road users. This interactive section aims to help lorry drivers and freight transport operators plan their journeys. Drivers need to take regular rests knowing that they are safe and their vehicle and loads are secure.
This guide uses Google Maps to identify resting places for truck drivers across our network, along with details of the service facilities available at each stop. Select an area of the map to start your search for a truck stop location.

All the truckstops included in this guide provide facilities catering specifically for lorry drivers, and are recognised by local authorities as rest areas for heavy goods vehicles. They all have overnight parking, toilets, food and refreshments on site, or in the immediate area. Truckstops are generally located near the motorway network.
We believe the information in this guide is accurate. But if you want to be certain about specific features or facilities available at a truckstop, we suggest you phone before arrival.
