The Driver Information Programmes (DIPs) are, primarily, targeted at the four driver groups who are, statistically, most at risk on our motorways and major A roads. However, as we learn of new issues, we develop new DIPs offering advice to drivers across these varied topics.
The Highways Agency manages one of the busiest high-speed road networks in the world.
