The Minister has now agreed the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles (Traffic Officers) (England) Regulations 2008 and the summary of consultation responses. A copy of both can be accessed at:

The Removal and Disposal of Vehicles (Traffic Officers) (England) Regulations 2008 will come into force in early October 2008.

A hard copy of the summary of consultation responses will be sent to those who responded to the consultation.
