National Vehicle Recovery Service goes live in the South West
National Vehicle Recovery Service goes live in the South West
The National Vehicle Recovery Service is now live in 3 regions.
On Tuesday 7 April 2009, new removal and disposal powers, and the National Vehicle Recovery Manager contract went live in the South West Regional Control Centre region. Traffic Officers in the South West can now deal end to end with incidents outside of police interest.
Roll out will continue in May in the West Midlands region and it is expected that roll out will be complete in Summer 2009.
