Older Drivers
Careful! Considerate! Correct!
When did you last read the Highway Code with its annual amendments? Do you recognise all road signs on all roads? Most of us can't honestly say we are 100% up to date with driving. Not many of us have had any refresher driving courses, theory or practical, since we passed our test.
We want drivers to stay safe as long as they can and stay independent as long as possible.
Careful! Considerate! Correct! is a DVD and booklet aimed at older drivers and is a light hearted way to remind us of a few essential things when driving. Have you had your eyesight checked recently? If you're on medication, have you asked your GP or pharmacist whether it may affect your driving?
It's worth spending half an hour or so watching the film, reading the booklet and making sure you're as safe as you can be when driving.
