Welcome to the Knowledge Compendium
The Highways Agency Knowledge Compendium has recently been launched following a review of existing programme processes and replaces the Research Compendium. It is designed to help you easily navigate through the projects and link research to outcomes, and to provide detail on the new four year Research Strategy and two year Knowledge Programme. In addition you will find information regarding the roles of the groups delivering the programme.
The main enhancements include:
- a new structure to accommodate and promote the new Knowledge Programme
- new pages detailing the Knowledge Programme and Research Strategy
- topics list to easily find research by topic
- news stories
- featured projects
As well as the current programme you can find past research projects carried out by the Highways Agency since 1994, and information on previous strategies. Search past and present research by entering keywords in the Search box above, or by browsing by Portfolio in the current and previous programmes or by Topic, using the list on the Topics page.
