Department for Transport Publication Scheme
The Publication Scheme has been developed under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, and has been agreed to by the Information Commissioner in November 2002.
The Scheme covers all Department for Transport Agencies, including the Highways Agency, and full details can be found on the DfT website.
