This simple form lets you see the current status of your existing Part I Claim.
You will need your eight digit Customer Reference Number (often referred to as HAL Number). This can be found towards the top left of any letters that we have sent to you.
Please enter this reference number into the box and press the Submit button.

Kindly let us know your name, your 8 digit Customer Reference Number, the address of the property that you are claiming for and the nature of your query so that we can deal with it more efficiently.
