Land at 46 Sidley Avenue, Blackley, Manchester
The Highways Agency is intending to dispose of the Leasehold interest of a plot of land that originally formed part of 44 Sidley Avenue adjoining the M60. This land was acquired in 1980.
This is to notify the previous owner of 44 Sidley Avenue or their successors in title, that under the Crichel Down Rules, our interpretation is that Rule 10 exempts us from offering back the land to the former owners or their successors in title as the land has materially changed since acquisition as it is now been demolished.
