Land Adjoining the Coach House, Droitwich Road, Kidderminster
The Highways Agency is intending to dispose of their freehold interest in a small area of land adjoining the rear garden of the Coach House, Droitwich Road, Kidderminster DY10 4HU. The land was acquired on 12 November 1992.
This is to notify the previous owners or their successors in title, that under the Crichel Down Rules, our interpretation is that Rule 10 exempts us from offering the land back to the former owners or their successors in title as the land has materially changed since acquisition and is now two tarmac parking spaces and a turning area.
This notification will remain on our website for a maximum period of 2 months after which time the land will be sold. Any correspondence regarding this matter should be addressed to:
