Land south of The Bungalow, Watling Street, Wall, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS14 0AZ

The Highways Agency is intending to dispose of their freehold interest in a small piece of land south of The Bungalow, Watling Street, Wall, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS14 0AZ.  This land was acquired by Compulsory Purchase Order from Mrs Margaret Betty Robinson on 19 May 1995.

This is to notify the previous owners, or their successors in title, that under the Crichel Down Rules, our interpretation is that Rule 15(3) exempts us from offering the land back to the former owners, or their successors in title, as the piece of land is so small that its sale would not be commercially worthwhile.

This notification will remain on our website for a maximum period of 2 months, after which time the land will be sold.   Any correspondence regarding this matter should be addressed to -
