The Highways Agency is intending to dispose of the freehold interest of land south of 1 Martingdale Cottage, Shaft Road.
This is to notify the previous owners, or their successors in title, that under the Crichel Down Rules, our interpretation is that Rule 10 exempts us from offering the land back to the former owners or their successors in title as the land has materially changed since acquisition as it is now garden land.
This notification will remain on our website for a maximum period of 2 months, after which time the land will be sold.
