6. The Way Forward
The RMP, including the programme of studies and programmes of schemes, will be a "live" document, reviewed and updated periodically to reflect current needs and to maintain its relevance to the aims of the RMS Route Outcomes.
The RMS will also be reviewed from time to time, when circumstances direct. It is not envisaged that a regular review will be necessary, but one could be triggered if there is a significant change in outside influences, such as a significant shift in Government policy or in land use or development proposals.
