This framework sets out how we, together with the Department for Transport, manage and deliver major road improvement projects.

The award of the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) Contract was made to Costain Limited on 1 July 2005.
Construction commenced on: 2 September 2006. Completion: December 2007
