Project
On Friday 20th October, works took place to improve the street lighting at junction 5 of the M25 and were completed mid December 2006.
The existing street lighting was coming to the end of its useful life and needed to be replaced with upgraded luminaries. New cabling was installed along with associated lighting equipment. The hard shoulder was also restored.
The works have provided an improved lighting system on this section of the motorway making it safer and the new equipment also require less maintenance.
