Changes to Lane Availablity and Speed Limit Changes:

Stage 1 - From 26 October 2007
A2 London bound 3 lanes open at normal lane width - 50mph speed limit.

Stage 2 - From 2 November 2007
A2 Coastbound 3 lanes open at normal lane width - 50mph speed limit.
Stage 3 From 12 November 2007
New link from A282 to A2 open to traffic - 50 mph speed limit.
New - fourth lane on A2 open to traffic coast bound only - 70mph speed limit, 50mph limit remains on the London bound carriageway.
