Project
The scheme is located on the A38, just west of the Trerulefoot roundabout between Saltash and Liskeard. The works consisted of renewing the surface of this road, which was first constructed in 1970.
The base was taken out and recycled to form part of the new structure, and low noise surfacing material was provided.
The opportunity was also be taken to improve drainage, install new safety barriers and renew some of the older road signs.
The scheme was completed in Spring 2007.
