Subject to the completion of statutory processes and funding:
- Publish Environmental Statement - 15 November 2007
- End of comment period on Environmental Statement - 7 February 2008
- Secretary of State Decision on whether to proceed or hold a Public Inquiry - Spring 2008
- Public Inquiry (if required) Autumn 2008
- Start of Works - 2010 (subject to requirement for Public Inquiry and coordination with other planned works on M25 and other major roads)
- Completion - 2012
