The Project
Overnight safety work to improve the road layout on the A26 at South Heighton, near Newhaven, East Sussex started on Monday, 8 January and was completed on Monday, 19 February.
The work is to improve a one kilometre section by providing a right turn facility to allow traffic to turn safely into the Three Ponds caravan park while improving the flow of traffic along the road.
