The Project
This scheme comprised of the replacement of the safety fence on some underbridges along the M6 motorway. Five of the sites are on the northbound carriageway of the M6, between Junction 3 - Junction 4 and Junction 1 - Junction 2.
One site is on the southbound carriageway between Junction 1 and Junction 2. The safety fence is nearing the end of its useful life and is due for upgrade. Additionally, we will be installing a hardened area near each bridge, to assist with future maintenance inspections.
This project was completed 5 days ahead of schedule.
