1. Will the proposed traffic signals improve the congestion at this location?
The traffic signals will reduce congestion at this location. The proposed traffic signals are being designed to incorporate the MOVA (Microprocessor Optimised Vehicle Actuation) system. The traffic signals will continually optimise the green times to make the junction better able to cope with both daily and seasonal variations in traffic flow.
