The project
Overnight work on the A27 to stabilise the central reserve between Arundel Road and Dappers Lane in Arundel, West Sussex, will start on Thursday 13 September and has recently been completed.
The work involved removing the trees from the central reserve and filling the ground with gravel to improve its stability. This will reduce the possibility of the slope collapsing and make the route safer for all road users.
