The Project
Work to resurface the southbound carriageway of the A1(M) Motorway between Junction 7 (Stevenage) and Junction 6 (Welwyn) has been completed.
Traffic Management
Work started on the evening of Monday 7 January 2008. All resurfacing was carried out overnight and it took 2 weeks to complete the work. The work was undertaken between the hours of 08.00pm to 06:00am Mondays to Thursdays and 09.00pm to 06:00am Fridays.
