The Project

Road safety work has been carried out to improve access onto the A38 from HM Prison and YOI, Swinfen Hall. This will also provide safer access for local residents and customers of Swinfen Hall Hotel and Heart of the Country Craft Village. The location of the works was on the A38 southbound carriageway between the A5206 Swinfen and A5 Weeford junctions.

The access improvement works started on Monday 14th January 2008 and is now complete.
