The Project
The £300,000 project to improve safety at the A38 Little Eaton roundabout was completed on Thursday 27th March 2008.
The roundabout has been resurfaced and a high friction surface has been added on its approaches. The edge line and centre line of the southbound carriageway of the A38 between Coxbench and Abbey Hill has also been replaced and road studs added.
In order to maximise the use of the traffic management, two leaking expansion joints on the A38 bridge over the railway line have also been repaired.
