Revisions to the Charges at Dartford Crossing
The new Charging Order started at 10pm on Saturday 15 November 2008. The Order includes a new Local Resident Scheme for Dartford and Thurrock Council residents. There are now no charges at night or any additional charge for a trailer. There are also greater discounts for those using a pre-paid DART-tag.
Customer Centre opening hours
The Customer Centre is open from 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday for all enquiries and applications regarding DART-Tag, Local resident and Exempt Schemes.
Please note that the office will be closed on all Public and Bank holidays
