Weekly Traffic Management including Local Roads

  • M40 – 24hr Narrow lanes are currently in operation on both the North Bound (Birmingham direction) and South Bound carriageways (Oxford direction) either side of the M40/J15.  North bound narrow lanes start approximately at the mid point between J14/J15 and end 1km after J15.    Southbound narrow lanes start approximately 1km prior to J15 and end at the mid point of J14/J15.  This is to allow construction of the M40/A46 bypass at junction 15 near Warwick.  A 50mph speed limit is in force.
  • The entry and exit slip roads to the M40/J15 roundabout have been narrowed to 3.5m.  This is to allow construction of the M40/A46 bypass at junction 15 near Warwick.
  • A46 – Northbound between M40 junction 15 and 100m beyond Hampton road over bridge (A4189), narrow lane running and a 50mph speed limit will be in place during construction of utility diversions.
  • Temporary part time traffic signals will be in operation at plant crossings on the B4463 Watery Lane to allow construction vehicles to cross safely.
