The Project
A series of improvement schemes were proposed at this interchange, aimed at reducing the number of accidents at this location.
The first phase of works took place during October 2008 on the link between the M62 (Eastbound) and the M60 anti-clockwise carriageway (Southbound).
The project has since been put on hold, following the Minsterial announcement that the M60 is to be widened between junctions 15 and 12.
