Budbrooke Bridge Demolition
On the night of Saturday 2 August 2008 through to the morning of Sunday 3 August 2008, Morrison Construction demolished Budbrooke Accommodation Bridge. This successful operation started at 6 pm and was completed ahead of schedule at 9:30 am, allowing the A46 to be reopened to traffic two and a half hours earlier than planned, resulting in minimal disruption to traffic.
