M4 Theale
The Project
Maintenance works to the M4 Theale (Western Region) Railway Bridge is now complete.
The scheme consisted of concrete repairs to the bridge as well replacing the bridge deck expansion joints. The road across the bridge was also resurfaced.
The work will extend the life of the bridge and carriageway, providing a durable and reliable road surface for the future. Now complete, road users will enjoy an improved carriageway resulting in a quieter and smoother ride.
