M5 Junction 3 to Newton Farm Resurfacing Scheme
The Project
The Highways Agency resurfaced both carriageways of the M5 from Quinton to Frankley in the West Midlands. The works were needed to replace and upgrade the worn out parts of the motorway to maintain and improve safety for all road users. New safety barrier and street lighting was also provided.
The work started on 2nd November 2009 and was completed on 14th May 2010.
