M65 Westbound Junction 8: Provision of Segregated Left-Turn Lane to A56
The Project
In order to ease congestion and improve road safety, we have provided a segregated left turn lane from the westbound M65 at junction 8, Hapton, to the southbound A56. We also did some resurfacing work and provided new road markings.
Work on this scheme started at the end of January 2010, and was completed in early April 2010.
