The Project
The Highways Agency is responsible for the management, maintenance, operation and improvement of the trunk roads. As part of this process, a Route Management Strategy (RMS) has been prepared for the A30 between Penzance and Exeter. The RMS identifies and collates existing problems and concerns along the route, including future development issues.
