| August/September 2003 | Initial Consultation with major Stakeholders (County Councils, City) Councils, District Councils, police and regional planning authorities |
| April 2004 | "Proposed Route Management Strategy" produced and sent to initial stakeholders and a further 200 interested parties for comments. |
| December 2004 | A30 Penzance to Exeter Final Strategy Report produced. Final report sent to Devon and Cornwall County Councils, Exeter City Council and Kerrier District Council. |
| December 2004 | Summary brochure of final strategy sent to all other respondents to the April consultation. |
| December 2004 | A30 Penzance to Exeter Route Management Strategy Web Site Launched |
