The Project
The Highways Agency is responsible for the management, maintenance, operation and improvement of the trunk roads in England. As part of this process, a Route Management Strategy (RMS) has been prepared for the A38 between Bodmin and Exeter. The RMS identifies and collates existing problems and concerns along the route, including future development issues. These, together with route objectives and functions, are prioritised to define a 10-year strategy for the route. This website outlines the Route Management Strategy for the A38 Bodmin to Exeter.
