The Project
The strategy has been carried out for the Highways Agency by Hyder Consulting. The Route Management Strategy Study has been developed by the Highways Agency to manage individual trunk roads as part of the wider transport network.
The study has lead to the production of a Route Management Strategy to help the Highways Agency in planning and optimising investment in the A30/A35/A31 Exeter to Southampton over a ten-year period.
This study has given all road users the opportunity to comment on where problems lie and where investment may be needed over the next ten years.
